Sinclair srl works as a tour operator and manages its customers’ dates according to rules of Legislative Decree of 30th June 2003 no. 196, relative to “ Code about protection of personal dates”, which carries out Orders of Eurpean Union for this subject.
Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Art. 7- Right of access to personal datas and other rights

1. Interested has right to obtain confirmation about existing or not of personal datas which are about him, even if not entered yet, and their communication in intelligible form
2. Interested has right to obtain indication for:
a) Origin of personal datas;
b) Finalities and modalities of treatment;
c) Modality in case of electronical treatment;
d) Dates of person who is the manager according to Art.5, comma 2;
e) Who are the personnel to whom personal datas could be communicated, as designated managers in the State
3. Interested has right to obtain:
a) Getting up, rectification or, when it is necessary, integration of datas;
b) Cancellation, changement in anonymous form or block of datas in case of law violation, included those which shouldn’t be conserved according to the aims they have been collected for;
c) Confirmation that operations described in a) and b) are known, also for their content, by people to whom datas have been communicated, except when it is impossible or requests a disproportionate employment of means.
4. Interested has right to oppose, totally or partially:
a) to treatment of personal datas which are about him;
b) to treatment of personal datas about him in order to send advertising material or for direct sale or to make researches or commercial communication.

Air transport in Italian territory is subject to:

• rules of Italian Navigation Code;
• rules and limitations in responsibility established by Regulation (CE) no. 2027/97 and successive modifications of n. 889/02 and no. 261/04;
• General Conditions of National Transport (Passengers and Baggage) which can be consulted on www.flyonair.it or it is possible to request them by Call center 899.199.022* or 0039.085.4322238;
• Regulations of Air Company and successive modifications of no. 899/02 and no. 261/04;
• For passengers who make a trip with final destination or landing in an country different than origin one, transport is subject to rules about responsibility as established by Regulation (CE) no. 2027/97 and successive modification no. 889/02, and also rules of Varsavia Convention and next amendments.
